Scope of Works:

• 36 Independent Living Units over 5 levels, commercial spaces, courtyard, landscaped rooftop terraces and a 2-level basement car park
• Construct only
• Communications and wifi, fire detection, security, intercom
• Incoming supply needed to be upgraded and the new substation was about 80m along public path. Shamrock Electrical had to work in with Level 1 contractor out of hours to minimise public disruption
• Light and power, NBN design and applications, new substation
